A Life Worth Following

About Us

He has showed you, O man, what is good.  And what does the Lord require of you?  To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God.  Micah 6:8

In life there are people who live exceptionally and set incredible examples for others to follow.  We have developed an eight week spiritual journey and a weekly blog inspired by a young man named Justin Sullivan who lived an exceptional life and set an unforgettable example for other people.  Justin was an exceptional athlete, an exceptional student and an exceptional competitor.  Though these qualities enabled him to stand out, the thing that made Justin’s life worth following was his exceptional walk with Jesus Christ.  Justin was named Baseball Player of the Year by The Daily Oklahoman on June 2, 2002.  The following day while driving home from work in the middle of the afternoon, he was killed when the back wheels of a semi-tractor trailer broke off the truck, crossed the center median and killed him instantly.  Though his life was cut short, the message of his life and the influence of his story is still speaking loud and clear.

It is very important to note that the message of Justin’s life and the goal of our organization, Justin Sullivan, A Life Worth Following, is to influence people to follow the greatest life ever lived:  Jesus Christ.

Our experience has taught us that the journey of the human life is a process that is marked by successes and failures, victories and losses, and triumphs and tragedies.  Through it all, we have found this journey to be a wild and challenging adventure.  It is our deepest prayer that we can help people not only encounter a personal relationship with Jesus Christ but also help equip them to follow His path which will produce a life that is truly worth following.
