Today, our very first Justin Sullivan ALWF baseball tournament will wrap up at the University of Oklahoma.  The Ambassadors will be playing Ada in the finals at 1:30p.m.  In this tournament, we have had the opportunity to experience adversity, challenge and victories.  Through it all, we have learned a lot and have taken the opportunity to share the Lord with many people in Oklahoma City.

I am very grateful for the leadership at Bricktown ballpark and Jenni Carlson and the staff at the Oklahoman for helping us share our story with our city.  It is amazing to me that our state’s newspaper would do such a great job of communicating the heart and vision of our ministry.  I am so thankful that the article in Friday’s paper was so clear in communicating our message about Christ.

Today, is a big day for us.  We not only wrap up our tournament, but we also head out for our Mission trip to Nicaragua.  This next week, we covet your prayers because we are going to have the opportunity to share our story and the message of Christ with over 40,000 people.

This trip will be an experience of a lifetime because our guys will have the opportunity to experience the many ways God can use a baseball as a platform to communicate the love of Christ.  We really want to ask you to pray for us as we embark on this journey.  We understand that there will be spiritual attacks along the way but thankfully those attacks are no problem for our Lord and Savior.

We will do our best to blog about our experiences but at this point we are not sure if we will have internet access.  If we are not able to share stories this week, please stay tuned because we will be faithful to share our story with all of our readers.

Thank you for following the Ambassadors and thank you for praying for us.

Lee, isn’t God good? He is faithful. Thank you for being the servant and doing what God has asked you to do. All of you are being the arms of God!!! Isn’t that exciting? We will continue to pray for all of you as you complete this mission. Tonya
