A Life Worth Following

Today marks the beginning of an answered prayer. Around 3:00 p.m. today, the Justin Sullivan Memorial tournament will begin at Bricktown Ballpark.  

Last January, the Lord gave us a vision to try and start an elite baseball team that would be faithful to communicate the message of Christ to people.  We did not know how all of the details would come together but we believed God wanted us to give it a shot.

Today, we are amazed at all the things the Lord has done for us.  We are amazed and thankful that the Lord has brought an amazing group of guys who have not only learned a lot about baseball but have grown in their walk with the Lord.  We have experienced the God of this Universe move in and through us this summer and it has been an unforgettable experience.  Though this summer has been amazing, it has not been without challenge both on and off the baseball field.  It is important to note that just because the Ambassadors have played to honor Jesus Christ, it did not mean that we always played well on the baseball field or we always had things go our way.  

However, in the midst of the trials along the way, God has proven to us that He is real.  He has shown us His hand of provision. He has given us strength as we have journeyed along.  He has given us His presence to make it through dark times.  He has allowed people to cross our path so that we could take the next step.  We are people who have experienced God move in our lives and that reality is truly amazing.  

Today at Bricktown Ballpark, we play for an audience of ONE.  We are going to play to honor Jesus Christ because He has been so good to us.
