Today is a difficult day in the Ambassador Community. This morning around 10:00 am - Dale Gibson - Ryan Gibson’s father, went to be with the Lord.
During our first tournament in Elk City, Dale suffered a massive heart attack and has spent the entire summer in the hospital. During his stay in the hospital, one of the fathers of another Ambassador player had the opportunity to pray with Dale as he received Christ into his heart.
Today is a day of deep sadness because Dale will be greatly missed by all of us. However, in the midst of our sadness, there is a real promise from the Lord that Dale is in heaven this very moment. I thank the Lord for His promises in all circumstances. I thank the Lord for His presence in our daily journey. And I thank the Lord for the people that God intentionally places in our lives.
Please pray for the Gibson family. Your prayers for them will mean so much.

We mourn with the entire Gibson family at the loss of Dale on Tuesday. We will continue to pray for God’s supernatural peace and comfort to sustain the family and friends during these heart-wrenching days. Sometimes words just aren’t adequate.
We stand in awe of God’s workings and his timing in bringing this team together in significant part to place someone in Dale’s path to be there to guide him through his process of salvation. I can’t help but think about Justin Sullivan perhaps being part of a glorious welcome for Dale. I am sure no one could have imagined this result of the Ambassador team.
We are thankful for those who worked for so long to give life to the concept and implementation of the Ambassadors. It has touched us and blessed our lives in countless ways. We pray the Sullivan family will be further comforted and blessed by the eternal good that continues to come from the life of Justin. Wow. Life is precious, life is short, life is sometimes very hard…..but God is good and God is faithful.
